The B&M 18 Volt Power Unit is designed increase spark intensity on
Inductive Ignition Systems. The B&M 18 Volt Ignition Amplifier works
with either stock or Aftermarket Ignition Coils. It will deliver a maximum
20 Volts to the coil even if the battery voltage is below 12
volts, making this ideal for Racing without an Alternator. The fully epoxy
encapsulated electronics will provide trouble free life, even in the
harshest environment. The B&M 18 Volt Amplifier is Heat, Oil and Weather
Resistant.
The B&M 18 Volt Amplifier regulates output to remain between 18 -
20 Volts, up to 20 amps even when input voltage drops below 12 Volts. The
Compact Design Allows for installation anywhere in the Engine Bay or
Chassis.
B&M's Optional New Volt Coil is designed for increased energy
output when used in conjunction with the B&M 18 Volt Power Unit. The B&M
New Volt will replace the Stock Internal or External Ignition Coil For the
Distributor. |
