Shipment. We accept Money Order, Cashier's Check, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, AMEX for Payment. In the event of collection proceedings, customer
shall pay all collection costs incurred by seller and other costs including,

Special Orders |

Racing Works will take special
orders. All special orders must be paid for in full at time of purchase.
Once the order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE! Parts not in stock,
although listed in this Catalog / Website CAN BE determined by Racing Works
as SPECIAL ORDER. |

Freight |
|
All prices do not include
freight. All merchandise will be shipped by the most economical method
possible, unless otherwise specified at time of order. Racing Works is not
responsible or liable for any damage caused during or the inconvenience
resulting from product shipment. Claims must be made to the carrier.
Timeliness of repair or replacement for damaged / missing product is limited
to the shipping carrier’s policies. All returns / shortages / damage claims
must be made within 1 business day of receiving shipment. |

Back Orders |

Racing Works will notify you
when backordered items are ready for sale. We will not hold any inventory
unless this item is Special Order and Pre-Paid. |

Returns |
|
Unopened items that are in
resalable condition may be returned for store credit with 7 calendar days
from the date of sale. All returns are
subject to a 25% restocking / handling charge. A Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA) obtained by your salesperson must be marked
clearly on the return package shipment or shipment will be refused. No
returns will be accepted on Coilovers, Items that have been installed, Special Ordered Parts, Used
/ Reconditioned Parts or Clearance
Items. |

manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Please contact the Manufacturer for
Warranty Details before Purchase. Customer is responsible for all freight

Foreign Orders |

EXPORT/IMPORT FEES are your
