Synapse Engineering has redesigned the Blow Off Valve with a piston actuator
instead of using the common diaphragm. The equates to fastest response time on
the market. The pull type design stays closed under boost and uses synchronic
technology to control the release point of the blow off valve. The lack of a
diaphragm increases reliability and durabilty, with no need to replace worn
internals.
Synapse Engineering Synchronic Blow Off Valves come with a steel mounting
flange, but adapters can be purchased separately to replace GReddy or HKS Blow
Off Valve Installations. Synapse also offers a Mass Air Flow Anti Stall kit for
engines that are dumping boost to atmosphere instead of rerouting it back into
the intake piping. See the Synapse Engineering Blow Off Valve comparison in this
video.
