Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Payment
All items
must be prepaid before shipment. We accept Money Order, Cashier's Check, Paypal,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX for Payment. In the event of collection
proceedings, customer shall pay all collection costs incurred by seller and
other costs including, but not limited to professional or attorney’s fees.
- Hours of Operation
Racing Works is open Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM (Eastern Standard Time). Operation
schedule subject to holidays and inventory.
- Sales
All products offered for sale are new unless specified. Racing Works does not express or imply any warranty for merchantability or fitment that it does not manufacture on products offered for sale. For specific details on Manufacturer's Warranties, we offer contact information available to you. Please contact the Manufacturer directly for details of their most current warranty policy and before making your purchase.
- Special Orders
Some items that are described through the website
are special ordered from the manufacture and not included in regular stocking
inventory. Special ordered items must be paid for in full at time of purchase. Once the order has been placed
with the manufacturer, it is not cancelable.
- Prices
Item pricing as well as shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Shipping
All prices do not include freight. All merchandise will be shipped by the most economical method possible, unless otherwise specified at time of order. Racing Works is not responsible or liable for any damage caused during or the inconvenience resulting from product shipment. Claims must be made to the carrier. Timeliness of repair or replacement for damaged
and or missing product is limited to the shipping carrier’s policies. All returns, shortages
or damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package delivery.
- Back Orders
Racing Works will notify you when backordered items are ready for sale. Inventory may not be hold or placed on reserve unless this item is special order or pre paid.
- Returns
Unopened items that are in resalable condition may be returned for store credit with 7 calendar days from the date of sale. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking / handling charge. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) obtained by your salesperson must be marked clearly on the return package shipment or shipment will be refused. No returns will be accepted on Coilovers, Items that have been installed, Special Ordered Parts, Used / Reconditioned Parts or Clearance Items.
- Manufacturer's Warranty
Manufacturer's Warranty If any, is subject to manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Please contact the Manufacturer for Warranty Details before Purchase. Customer is responsible for all freight costs incurred during inspection or replacement of warranty claims.
- Title of Ownership
Products remain the property of Racing Works until paid in full.
- International Orders
Fees associated with Importing and Exporting goods are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed by the Carrier directly. This charge will not be included in the purchase you make from Racing Works.
- Product Specification
Prices, materials, design, vehicle fitment and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
